I hate it when there is a bunch of useless plot and dialoague in my pornographic reading.
Dominant man has a bottom securely bound and fills up his holes; his mind and world. Dominant talks the bottom through a scene of deep physical confusion and manipulation. He is in control of what goes in and out. See story tags; I believe they are a fair representation of the content.
Story is told from POV of the bottom. He is a trans man but there is not really any indication of that. My feeling is that this plot and the two people involved only makes sense as two men. But, due to the lack of sexual anatomy mentioned (for both) and the lack of gendered language (re: bottom), it could be read with a different combination in mind.
Story is focused mostly on the bottom's asshole and what is beyond, with occasional appearance of faceholes. Even though it's basically a rather long enema story, there's no poop.
I have no interest in world building or explaining who these people are. Not only does this story contain no sex, it contains no plot.
The dialogue is styled the way it is intentionally.
